The Space
A beautiful, open and airy apartment awaits. 180º views of the ocean on one side, and views of the Gold Coast canals and hinterlands on the other!
The apartment has a spacious open living area which connects the balcony with the kitchen and dining area. The two bedrooms are just beyond - with the main bedroom having an ensuite and view of the ocean from bed. The second bedroom and adjacent bathroom has two singles beds and looks West back over the Gold Coast.
We provide books and games for nights you want to stay in, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need for a day at the beach - chairs, towels, umbrella and more. If you are feeling sporty there is tennis equipment for the tennis court and TWO pools and spas onsite.
The apartment has lovely afternoon sea breezes through the apartment and air conditioning in the main open living space.
Our newly renovated 2 bed, 2 bath apartment is located on the 15th floor with a north-east aspect. Step into a French beach vibe with a relaxing neutral palette and comfortable furnishings.
A well appointed, modern kitchen includes a blender and air fryer. Both bathrooms offer walk in showers, the main bath has a good size bathtub. Laundry has washer and dryer.
A balcony with extensive beach views is a perfect place to watch the GC's beautiful sunrises and catch the afternoon sea breeze.

Beautiful apartment, spacious & views to die for! Close to everything but far enough away to feel like you have your own piece of paradise. Wonderful host, kind and helpful. Little extras like beach towels & tennis racquets 🎾 were most appreciated. Only complaint was that we couldn't stay longer 😪We'll be back!

We booked our stay knowing very little about the Gold Coast. It ended up being perfect! It's a 2-min walk from the lightrail and only 2 stops (UNDER A DOLLAR) to Surfer's Paradise. We loved staying close to Surfer's Paradise but a little bit on the outskirts. It was "SCHOOLIES" time and I think staying up there would have been chaotic. Victoria's place is serene and centrally located. The beach was steps from the condo and the views from all sides of the unit were stunning. The balcony is a little terrifying! There isn't much in the immediate area for coffee or food (except the surf club). We had coffee in the condo (really would love to see a coffee pot and proper coffee rather than a kettle + instant) but then headed out for the day. I would totally stay here again. Victoria met us late at night to help us check in personally - and she was dressed in heels and a big smile. 10/10

Had an amazing stay at a beautiful location with my family. Everything is really close and having access to public transport came in handy for all the theme park trips and shopping days! Wonderful apartment to come back to after a long day out, to be able to relax and to be able to have home cooked meals. Victoria is a great host with proactive communication and helpful tips for travelling around. Would 10/10 recommend!!!
