The Space
A beautiful, open and airy apartment awaits. 180º views of the ocean on one side, and views of the Gold Coast canals and hinterlands on the other!
The apartment has a spacious open living area which connects the balcony with the kitchen and dining area. The two bedrooms are just beyond - with the main bedroom having an ensuite and view of the ocean from bed. The second bedroom and adjacent bathroom has two singles beds and looks West back over the Gold Coast.
We provide books and games for nights you want to stay in, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need for a day at the beach - chairs, towels, umbrella and more. If you are feeling sporty there is tennis equipment for the tennis court and TWO pools and spas onsite.
The apartment has lovely afternoon sea breezes through the apartment and air conditioning in the main open living space.
Our newly renovated 2 bed, 2 bath apartment is located on the 15th floor with a north-east aspect. Step into a French beach vibe with a relaxing neutral palette and comfortable furnishings.
A well appointed, modern kitchen includes a blender and air fryer. Both bathrooms offer walk in showers, the main bath has a good size bathtub. Laundry has washer and dryer.
A balcony with extensive beach views is a perfect place to watch the GC's beautiful sunrises and catch the afternoon sea breeze.

We had a wonderful stay! Victoria was a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome, with clear and helpful instructions throughout our stay.
The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home, with a lovely view to enjoy. The location was also very convenient, with shops and the tram station just a short walk away.
We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Victoria and Team’s property. The space was incredibly comfortable and just as spacious as advertised in the photos. It had all the amenities we could possibly need for a seamless getaway, but the true highlight was the breathtaking sea beach view right from the attached balcony. Sipping morning coffee while looking out at the ocean made the entire trip unforgettable. Victoria and her team were wonderful hosts—responsive, attentive, and easy to communicate with. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect beachside retreat
