We provide express transfers for confirmed bookings to/from our managed properties. Cars are medium sized sedans, clean, with air-conditioning. Driver wears a face mask and complimentary masks are optional, but available to pax.

We will transport 1 - 3 pax for $77 (including GST).

Luggage

Up to 2 large suitcases (up to 75x50x30cm, 32kg) and a small suitcase (up to 115cm linear, 15 kg) may be placed in the boot. Reasonable handheld luggage with pax in the back seat.

We can pick up pax from a luggage storage location in central Gold Coast for transfer to airport.

Flight Delays and Cancellations

Cancellations 48hrs prior to booked service will not incur any charges. Cancellations within 49 hours of booked service will incur a 15% cancellation fee. Cancellations must be notified via received email to victoriaspring@gcs33.com.au

We will wait for up to 15 mins in case of flight delays without charge. 50% of booking charge will be payable, residual is refunded, and car will leave after sending an SMS if pax has provided a contact mobile number, when pax is MIA beyond 15mins from booked service.

Payment

Full payment is required at time of booking. Bookings made via direct credit to is free of banking fees. Payments via Stripe incur a 3% banking fee which is non refundable in event of cancellation.
